How to process a return or exchange

All return or exchange requests must be emailed to doggyhoods.com@gmail.com within 14 days of order delivery.

Please include the order number, item(s), reason for exchange or general reason in your email.
Item(s) must be in new condition with tags and packaging intact. Item(s) must be clean and free of dog hair and subject to inspection.
A return address and further instructions will be provided after consultation with our customer service department. The customer is responsible for returning the item to our warehouse.
Please provide your package's delivery tracking code so our warehouse team can match your package.
Once your return or exchange has arrived at our warehouse, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to review and process.
We recommend you keep your delivery tracking number in case you need to track your package.

Our clothes do not contain copyrighted logos of famous brands. The pictures in our online store are only examples and do not correspond to the actual production of the product, these come without brand logo. Any claims to claim a product with original logo are therefore void. By ordering you agree to this without this disappear any recourse or reversal.


Problems with the size

Use the size chart on the product page before purchasing, or contact us via live chat or email if you need help measuring your dog. -- Exchanges can be more easily avoided this way.

We do not accept returns due to sizing issues. We only accept returns for an exchange of the same item.

Refunds

We do not accept refunds on our items unless there are product quality issues. In this case, please contact us at doggyhoods.com@gmail.com and send us a picture of the defective item within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund.

Defective or wrong item

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If you think you have received a defective item, contact our customer service doggyhoods.com@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue for you.

If you have received incorrect items or items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service team doggyhoods.com@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can fix this mishap for you.



Change of mind
